Publications

It is important to track outcomes of the novel treatment and surgical procedures that patients with The Denver Clinic undergo. We invite our patients to participate in completing outcomes surveys to monitor their function following a surgical procedure. Study Explanations 

Osteosarcoma Tissue Study Explanation
Principal Investigator: Ronald Hugate, MD

In this study cancer tissue is collected and sent to a tissue bank for genetic analysis to explore the genetic components of osteosarcoma.

Key Inclusion Criteria: Previous or current diagnosis of osteosarcoma

Below Knee Amputation Study Explanation
Principal Investigator: David Hahn, MD

This study compares the outcomes of two different surgical techniques for below knee amputations.

Key Inclusion Criteria: In need of a below knee amputation for reasons not related to diabetes

Periprosthetic Infection of the Hip Study Explanation
Principal Investigators: Ronald Hugate, MD & Jeremy Kinder, MD

This study compares two antibiotic regimens in the treatment of infected hip replacements

This study looks at the efficacy of a specific neurostimulator
