Presbyterian/St. Luke's named a 'Top Performer on Key Quality Measures®' by The Joint Commission

DENVER – November 20, 2015– HealthONE announces today that Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center (P/SL) was named as one of the nation’s 'Top Performers on Key Quality Measures' by The Joint Commission, the leading accreditor of health care organizations in America. This designation recognizes outstanding safety, quality and patient care.

P/SL earned the distinction of 'Top Performer on Key Quality Measures' for attaining and sustaining excellence in accountability measure data reported to The Joint Commission during the 2014 calendar year.

P/SL is one of four HealthONE hospitals named a Top Performer. "This is a distinction we are incredibly proud of," said Sylvia Young, CEO of HealthONE and HCA's Continental Division, "because it validates our commitment to improving the quality of life, every day through the work we do at our hospitals. The Joint Commission distinction is a testament to the the efforts of our physicians and staff that provide the highest level of care and service to our patients."

In addition to being included in today’s release of The Joint Commission’s “Improving America’s Hospitals” annual report, the HealthONE hospitals will be recognized on The Joint Commission’s Quality Check website.
