Uptown Primary Care, located in the Uptown neighborhood of downtown Denver, is a partnership between Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center, The Colorado Health Foundation and the University of Colorado Medical Center. Our attending and resident physician group focuses on team-based care, including women’s services, social work and referring psychological services.

Our other main department of specialists at Uptown Primary Care is our women’s services and can be reached at 303-869-2158. Doctors on staff here can offer care, consisting of pelvic & breast exams, painful periods as well as any necessary vaccinations, to our female patients. Parking is free for patients and is available in the garage adjacent to our medical office building, accessible from 19th Avenue and Williams Street. We provide a free valet service as well which can be accessed at the P/SL main entrance.

After hours care

We do offer after hours care, though you will need to reach out to us that you will need assistance prior to our office closing for the day to receive medical attention. You may request such care and advice by calling our main phone line during business hours.

If you need care or advice and call our main phone line after office hours, we will connect you with our after-hours call center. A provider will call you back within 30 minutes if needed.

If you are in need of emergency care, call 9-1-1 emergency medical services, or if you or a loved one is capable of accessing your own transportation, visit the Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center Emergency Department at 20th Avenue and High Street.

Coordination of care

Before your first evaluation with us, it is required that you first provide us with your medical history, including your current medications, recent test results, visits to other doctors and your healthcare providers as well as information about any care you obtain outside of our practice, including any hospitalizations and/or emergency department visits.
